In this project, we started from an existing apartment immersed in narrow compartments and with limited natural light. After a thorough analysis of the potentialities present, we determined that the house had to undergo a metamorphosis towards open spaces, directly connected to the outdoor patio, to make the most of the natural light that flows from the street.

From the beginning, our main focus during the renovation was to conceive a home that would not only stand out for its aesthetics, but also meet criteria of energy efficiency and optimal use of light and natural ventilation. To achieve this goal, we implemented several strategies and architectural solutions that not only reduce energy consumption, but also create bright and welcoming environments, giving life to a space that is not only lived, but also experienced.
